A Cape Cod woman got the surprise of her life when she discovered a strange man in her back seat. The woman explained to authorities that while driving home at about 1 am, an unexpected interior light lit up in her car. But, when she looked in the back of her car, instead of discovering a forgotten purse or shopping bag, she found a whole man playing hide and seek under a coat.
After pulling over, immediately exiting the vehicle, and attempting to dial 911, a patrol officer happened to roll up. After some investigation, it was determined that the back seat intruder was 36-year-old Jailton Dos Santos. With a name like that, it’s no surprise that Jailton was promptly taken to jail.
Authorities still have no idea why Dos Santos was in the vehicle.
