Russell Simmons Tracked Down in Bali and Served With Legal Docs by Accuser

Russell Simmons, was tracked down in Bali and served with legal docs from Drew Dixon, a woman who has accused him of sexual assault.

Yesterday, information was released that music mogul, Russell Simmons, was tracked down in Bali and served with legal docs from Drew Dixon, a woman who has accused him of sexual assault.

Process server, Daniel John Ayoub, located him at the Gdas Bali Health And Wellness Resort, an establishment owned by Simmons, on March 5 at approximately 12:30 PM local time, according to information obtained by RadarOnline.com.

Simmons appeared to have been caught off guard upon being served, and reportedly quickly dropped the envelope on the table, saying, “Ah f—, s—.”

The lawsuit was filed by Drew Dixon, a former Def Jam Recordings employee, accusing Simmons of defamation related to her allegations of being ra*** by him in 1995. Dixon argues that Simmons launched an aggressive campaign to undermine her credibility along with the ra** claims made by six other women.

The legal complaint highlights an instance in a December podcast where Simmons is accused of attempting to humiliate Dixon, labeling her dishonest in an effort to further tarnish her reputation globally.

Simmons, during the podcast, denied being aggressive in any relationship, asserting all his encounters were consensual. He suggested the accusers might be after fame, highlighting the disproportion between the number of his sexual partners and the accusers. “If you slept with as many people as I slept with. Thousands. And we’re talking about six people,” Simmons commented on the In Depth With Graham Besinger podcast.

The lawsuit claims Simmons persisted in defaming Dixon up until January 2024.
