Majesty & Elize Gayle are two career-driven people who connected on a dating app. Now married, Majesty and Elize combined their work ethic & talents in different fields to establish a successful real estate company.
They founded EVOPIA.org, a free membership platform that focuses on pooling the resources of the black community to protect the economic health & other interests of Black people worldwide. With over 3,000 members (& counting) they have moved ahead to develop a community in Atlanta, GA. that focuses on black empowerment. Each member can get involved with the development of this & their commercial projects.
The new development will provide cost-effective, homes for people who are affected by the housing crisis in the Atlanta area. They find vacant, ruined properties, then buy & renovate. Their construction company, IRP Builders, handles the renovations so underprivileged black families can live in the affordable houses.
The new homes will serve as a family friendly community and will offer services like financial literacy and job training to its residents. Word is, EVOPIA is under contract to buy a hotel to provide even more shelter to black families. This is literally power to the people!
